Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

PLEASE NOTE:

• We do not split shipments. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will be dispatched together once all items are available. If you’d prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
• During busy periods or for personalised items, delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We use DHL for all international orders (outside of the UK), ensuring a reliable and tracked delivery service.

PLEASE NOTE:

• During busier periods or for personalised items, delivery times may be slightly extended.
• Any additional customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If applicable, we’ll get in touch regarding any outstanding charges before delivery can be completed.
• We will not be liable for any lost or missing orders that have been signed for at the delivery address, including shared or commercial addresses such as offices, apartments, or reception areas.

We’re committed to bringing our products to as many locations around the world as possible. However, due to current international regulations and logistical constraints, we are unfortunately unable to ship to the following countries at this time.
