We want you to love your Envision Racing gear but we recognise that things don’t always work out and sometimes it may be necessary to return a product.

This refund policy explains how refunds and returns are managed.

1. POLICY OVERVIEW
   Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order arrival to customer.
   Shipping fees are not covered for merchandise, unless the items are damaged or shipped incorrectly. Clothing that has been washed or worn will not be accepted for return. Accessories must be unopened, unused, and in condition as received.
2. REFUNDS
   Any refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you. Products returned to us must be un-tampered with and in their original condition and packaging. If you do not store them in appropriate conditions we cannot be held responsible for faults or problems that arise. You should notify us of the reason for returning the products. You are liable for the cost of returning products to us unless the product is faulty or mis-described, or if you are ending the contract because we have told you about an upcoming change to the product or due to a delay in delivery due to events outside our control.
3. TO RETURN ITEM(S)
   Please e-mail admin@uncommongroup.com outlining the details of your return or exchange. Please quote your order reference in any correspondence.
   Please use the original packaging (if possible) to return your item(s) to the following address.

Please mark products with the word ‘RETURNED GOODS to help us speed up the process of providing you with a refund. Please use a trackable postal service and obtain proof of postage otherwise we cannot refund you (where applicable) if you do not have this when we request it.  You will need to cover the postage costs yourself.

For customers outside of the UK, please clearly mark your parcel as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ and provide your courier with the order number and all details of the parcel, clearly demonstrating that it is a return, otherwise you may incur tax and duty charges.
